m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et la farine de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse, pas tr\u00e8s dure.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, disposer des petits tas de p\u00e2te sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e ou recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Attention<\/span> : Il faut les espacer suffisamment puisque la p\u00e2te s&rsquo;\u00e9tale \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Enfournez dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 160-180\u00b0C et laissez cuire une dizaine de minutes. Les bords doivent se colorer et le centre rester blond.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9coller imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la sortie du four.<\/p>\n<p><!--
