Le 14 Juin, la paysanne Maria Lory remarque de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 sur les yeux d&rsquo;une statue repr\u00e9sentant la flagellation de J\u00e9sus. Celle ci n&rsquo;\u00e9tant plus v\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e depuis longtemps par les moines de l&rsquo;Abbaye. Une chapelle en bois, construite en 1740, abritera la statue miraculeuse. Toutefois, les p\u00e8lerins venus d&rsquo;Allemagne, d&rsquo;Autriche, de Boh\u00eame et m\u00eame d&rsquo;Italie, devinrent si nombreux que l\u2019abb\u00e9 des Pr\u00e9montr\u00e9s de Steingaden d\u00e9cide de lui construire un splendide sanctuaire. Ainsi naquit l&rsquo;<strong>Eglise de Wies<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-72e8561 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"72e8561\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-aa0e96e\" data-id=\"aa0e96e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6c9e11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6c9e11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les travaux commenc\u00e8rent en 1745 sous la direction du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre architecte Dominikus Zimmermann. Avec l&rsquo;aide de son fr\u00e8re Johann Baptist, il r\u00e9alise l&rsquo;\u00e9glise dans un style galb\u00e9 du rococo bavarois. Le ch\u0153ur sera consacr\u00e9 en 1749 et le reste de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise en 1754. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, Dominikus Zimmermann quitte la ville de Landsberg o\u00f9 il r\u00e9sidait pour s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 Wies pr\u00e8s de son chef-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est gratuite. L&rsquo;\u00e9glise est ouverte tous les jours, mais les horaires peuvent varier pendant les offices religieux. Une tenue correcte est exig\u00e9e.
